A return to this beautiful, friendly, photogenic country to chase potential pre-exercise Low-Level training and familiarisation flights as well as a visit to the Hellenic Air Force Museum.

We will be basing ourselves near the Low-Level training area for trhee nights, and we will head to the Low-Level areas in the peak period to seek out the exercise participants as they start their work-up period and familiarisation flights. Nothing in the world of Low-Level traffic is ever guaranteed. The on the final day, we will head back towards Athens and undertake a special visit to the excellent Hellenic Air Force Museum.
This event is a separate trip BEFORE the exercise (and does not include the Spotters Day).
However, if you do want to extend this trip to include the Iniochos-1 event that follows this and includes the Spotters Day, or if you would like to perhaps have less time on the low-level hunt, then please contact us at events@centreofaviationphotography.com for specific pricing.
The trip will be available as Land Only (no flights, meet in Athens) or Full Itinerary with flights included from your choice of airport.
The Land Only cost of this trip is from £860 (twin-share) or £1080 (single room).
INIOCHOS-0
Low level & Museum: Land Only, 25th - 29th March, Single Room = from £1080 (or from £860 if twin-sharing).
Tuesday 25th = Our flight (BA640) departs Heathrow at 0740hrs. We arrive at 1320hrs and meet the whole group, and transfer to a beachside hotel near the low-level area, then return after two nights.
Wednesday 26th = Low-Level hunt (now an extra day!)
Thursday 27th = Low-Level hunt.
Friday 28th = Visit the Hellenic Air Force Museum, staying overnight near the museum.
Saturday 29th = Return home or extend your trip to join the Iniochos-1 trip. Visit Athens for the day or relax at the hotel before a 1600hrs check-in. BA633 departs at 1915hrs, arriving in London at 2115hrs. Please contact us if you wish to extend into Iniochos 1 or indeed you'd like to attend a longer low-level hunt.
This is a Land-Only trip and does not include the cost of flights. COAP flights (as per the details above) are currently from £390 (as of 6th January 2025).
Please be aware prices are changing daily and will only go up, so early booking is essential.
You may obtain your own flights from your preferred local airport but please note the timings need to match closely to the COAP timings detailed above.
Please ensure you do not book your flights until COAP has confirmed this trip is going ahead.
There is also an option to stay over from the Iniochos-0 trip to join up with the following Iniochos-1 trip. Contact us directly at events@centreofaviationphotography.com and we will provide the cost for this.
Note: This is a military exercise and circumstances can change. If, for whatever reason, the Exercise or Spotters Day is cancelled, then the trip will still proceed regardless. There is a higher chance of low-level action on Iniochos-0, but absolutely nothing is guaranteed on either trip.
